Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the ricotta cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each one is well mixed before adding the next.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, lemon zest, and orange zest.
  6. Fold in the flour and salt gently until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and lightly golden.
  2. Once baked, allow the cake to cool before transferring it to the refrigerator.
  3. Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh fruits or powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Consider adding chocolate ganache or fruit preserves for variation.
