Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemon juice, capers, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Using a hand mixer or a fork, blend the ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

Serve chilled in a shallow bowl with thin, buttery crackers or crisp vegetable sticks for contrast. Add a scatter of extra dill and lemon zest before serving for brightness. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing.
