Cooking
- Air fry chicken skin side down for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce for the glaze.
- Baste chicken with the sticky glaze while cooking to achieve caramelization.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F (74 C).
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve over jasmine rice or with vegetables. For best results, dry the skin thoroughly and baste sparingly to prevent steaming. For more richness, finish under the broiler cautiously.
