Ingredients
  

For the layers
  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 pieces bananas, sliced Add just before serving to avoid sogginess.
  • 1 container strawberries, hulled and chopped
For the pudding mixture
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 box French Vanilla pudding (5 oz.)
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz.) Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.) Helps thicken the pudding.
  • 1 container whipped topping (12 oz.)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Pour in the French vanilla pudding and milk, stirring until all ingredients are blended.
Assembly
  1. Grab a large serving dish and layer the vanilla wafers, followed by sliced bananas and strawberries.
  2. Drizzle half of the pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
  4. Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Serve cold and consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor. You can also experiment with different fruits or wafers.
