- Cook for an additional 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
- Whisk in butter.
- Strain through a colander to remove seeds, whisk until smooth.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
For an even richer flavor, select ripe, juicy strawberries and use real butter. Adjust heat to maintain a gentle simmer to prevent curdling.
