Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup salted butter Browning the butter adds depth of flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk Adds sweetness and creaminess.
  • 1 bag marshmallows Use regular size marshmallows.
  • 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix Gives the treats their signature flavor.
  • 9 oz Rice Krispies The base for the treats.
  • 1/2 bag mini marshmallows For extra gooeyness.
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles Customize with holiday-themed sprinkles if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brown the butter in a large pot over high heat until bubbly and golden.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Toss in the bag of marshmallows and stir until combined and melted.
  4. Fold in the sugar cookie mix followed by the Rice Krispies.
  5. Add half a bag of mini marshmallows and sprinkles; stir well.
  6. Spread the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish without greasing it.
  7. Sprinkle more sprinkles on top before serving.

Notes

Best served warm; can store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or refrigerated with parchment paper in between layers.
