  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Begin by lining a small tray or container with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sunflower seeds and oats.
  3. Drizzle in the honey and peanut butter, then add the vanilla extract. Stir gently until well-combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the lined tray evenly.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm.
  6. Once set, slice into bars.

Notes

These bars can be served with sea salt or additional honey. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For extra nutrition, add dried fruits or spices.
