Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 3 tablespoons seedless passion fruit pulp fresh or frozen
  • 2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar adjust to taste
  • 1 frozen banana frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons water add more if needed
Toppings
  • 1 sliced strawberries
  • 1 sliced kiwi
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 sliced pineapple
  • 1 sliced mango
  • to taste coconut flakes
  • ½ passion fruit (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place your serving bowl in the freezer while you prepare the smoothie base.
  2. In a blender, combine the passion fruit pulp, honey or agave, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and thick, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Add water very gradually—just enough to help the mixture blend while keeping it thick and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Remove the chilled bowl from the freezer and spoon the smoothie mixture into it. Smooth the surface with a spoon.
  2. Arrange the sliced fruits neatly on top in your preferred pattern.
  3. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and garnish with half a passion fruit if desired.
  4. Serve immediately before it starts to melt.

Notes

Keep the texture thick by using as little liquid as possible. Chill your bowl to slow melting and improve presentation. Store leftovers in an airtight container and freeze; they can be re-blended with water or nondairy milk.
