Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In your mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix, eggs, water, and cooking oil. Use a mixer on medium speed until the batter is just slightly lumpy.
- Carefully pour the batter into a bundt pan that you’ve coated with baking spray.
Baking
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Cooling and Filling
- Let the bundt cool completely in the pan.
- Poke holes into the top of the cake, about 1 1/2 inches apart.
- Fill a sandwich bag with marshmallow frosting, cut a tiny hole in one corner, and dispense frosting into each hole.
Finishing Touches
- Use a small spatula to loosen the edges of the cake from the pan. Invert onto a serving plate.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top before serving.
