- Gently add the lukewarm milk to achieve a smooth batter.
- Carefully fold in the whipped egg whites until fully incorporated.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 60 minutes, or until the top is golden.
- Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely before dusting with icing sugar.
Serving
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, cutting into squares.
- Optional: Add fresh berries or whipped cream for extra flair.
