  • 2 tubes store-bought cinnamon rolls Recommended: Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls With Cream Cheese Icing
  • 1 cup heavy cream Essential for soaking the rolls
  • ½ stick butter Thinly sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar Sprinkled on top of the rolls
  • ½ tsp cinnamon For additional flavor sprinkle on top
  • ½ cup homemade cream cheese icing Optional if you prefer to make your own

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a large baking dish generously with nonstick baking spray.
  3. Lay down the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
Assembly
  1. Pour the heavy cream evenly over the rolls.
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar across the tops of each roll.
  3. Lay thin slices of butter on top of the brown sugar.
  4. Finish with a dusting of cinnamon.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with icing while still warm.
  3. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

If there are any leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the microwave.
