  • 1 15 oz can Unsweetened Light Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup 100% Pineapple Juice

Preparation
  1. Grab your high-powered blender and toss in the frozen pineapples, coconut milk, and pineapple juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture. If it's not sweet enough, add more pineapple juice; if you want it thicker, add more frozen pineapples and blend again.
  4. Pour the piña coladas into chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry for extra flair.

Notes

Serve immediately to maintain the frosty texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days, but blend again before serving for best results. You can also add toasted coconut on top or freeze the glasses before serving for an extra cold treat.
