Ingredients
  

Cracker Sandwiches
  • 3-4 sleeves sleeves of round crackers
  • 2 cups peanut butter Creamy peanut butter works best
Coating
  • 24 oz vanilla almond bark Melted for dipping
  • Sprinkles For decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the vanilla almond bark into a glass bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  2. Take a cracker, spread a generous amount of peanut butter on it, and top with another cracker to create a sandwich.
  3. Repeat the sandwich-making process until you have as many as desired.
Dipping and Decorating
  1. Dunk each peanut butter cracker sandwich into the melted almond bark, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  2. Place each dipped cracker on parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Before the almond bark sets, sprinkle your favorite toppings, such as colorful sprinkles.
Serving
  1. Once the almond bark has hardened, serve the crackers on a platter or store them in a jar for snacking.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for longer storage but let them come to room temp for best texture. Don't let almond bark sit too long after melting!
