Method
Preparation
- Place the vanilla almond bark into a glass bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
- Take a cracker, spread a generous amount of peanut butter on it, and top with another cracker to create a sandwich.
- Repeat the sandwich-making process until you have as many as desired.
Dipping and Decorating
- Dunk each peanut butter cracker sandwich into the melted almond bark, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place each dipped cracker on parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Before the almond bark sets, sprinkle your favorite toppings, such as colorful sprinkles.
Serving
- Once the almond bark has hardened, serve the crackers on a platter or store them in a jar for snacking.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for longer storage but let them come to room temp for best texture. Don't let almond bark sit too long after melting!
