- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter.
- Melt the mixture in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed pretzels and dry roasted peanuts.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Top with extra pretzel bits, peanuts, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- Once firm, break into pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For hot weather, keep in the fridge to prevent melting.
