  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter Can substitute with crunchy peanut butter if desired.
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels Plus more for topping.
  • 3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, salted Plus more for topping.
  • Sea salt For sprinkling on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter.
  3. Melt the mixture in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Fold in the crushed pretzels and dry roasted peanuts.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  6. Top with extra pretzel bits, peanuts, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
  8. Once firm, break into pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For hot weather, keep in the fridge to prevent melting.
