  • 1 cup lemon juice Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
For the crust
  • 1 pre-made pie crust You can use a graham cracker or shortbread crust as a variation.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  2. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Can be topped with whipped cream or fresh berries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
