  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven and stir in half of the French fried onions.
  3. Top with the remaining French fried onions and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the onions are golden brown.
  4. Serve warm.

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding extra milk or more cream of mushroom soup. If you like a little crunch, sprinkle some breadcrumbs or crushed crackers on top before baking. Feel free to season your casserole with garlic powder or onion powder for added flavor.
